Discover the Elbaz Difference
Coral Springs exists because two Fort Lauderdale developers, James Hunt and Joe Taravella, turned bean and pepper fields into a planned city starting in 1964, complete with a covered bridge built to prove to skeptical early buyers the whole thing was real. The original development plan was strict for its time, banning billboards and neon signs and requiring a tree and a garage on every lot, rules that shaped a city of mature, established neighborhoods where most homes are now decades past their original construction and due for meaningful updates.
Renovating in Coral Springs often means working within that same spirit of order the city was built on: updating a kitchen, adding square footage, or replacing an aging roof in a way that respects the streetscape and any HOA guidelines still on the books. Elbaz Construction has been through that permitting and HOA review process enough times to keep it predictable, while our crews handle everything from framing to final finishes.
