Cutler Bay is one of the youngest municipalities in Florida, incorporated in 2005 out of what was historically the Cutler settlement, an agricultural and trading community along Biscayne Bay in the late 1800s. Today it’s a largely suburban, family-oriented town built up mostly through newer single-family subdivisions, so renovation work here more often involves additions, updated layouts, and modernized systems in homes built within the last few decades rather than restoring older structures.
