Discover the Elbaz Difference
By design, Golden Beach has never allowed the high-rise development found elsewhere along Miami-Dade’s coast: town ordinances cap building heights at roughly 27.5 to 30 feet and set minimum lot and frontage requirements to keep the streetscape low-scale and exclusively residential. Any renovation or new construction in this small oceanfront town has to work within those limits, along with the dune setbacks and coastal construction control line requirements that apply to any direct beachfront property in Florida.
Elbaz Construction is well versed in that regulatory layer, from Golden Beach’s height and setback rules to the coastal engineering that direct beachfront construction demands. We manage design, permitting, and construction as one process, so a renovation on one of the town’s estate lots stays within Golden Beach’s standards without sacrificing the scale or privacy the property was built for.
