Discover the Elbaz Difference
Jupiter Inlet Colony was platted in 1958 and incorporated the following year, a small oceanfront town at the southern tip of Jupiter Island with just over 230 homes on land bordered by the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal on the other. The town has never been gated, but its size and layout give it a private, close-knit feel, and its housing stock spans modest ranch-style homes built in the town’s early decades alongside larger waterfront estates built more recently.
Elbaz Construction understands what it takes to renovate or rebuild on a barrier island like this one — flood elevation requirements, hurricane-rated construction, and the kind of dual exposure to ocean and Intracoastal conditions that shapes material choices from the foundation up. We work to keep projects here on schedule and within the town’s permitting process, treating each home with the same care its owners already show the neighborhood.
