Palm Beach Shores occupies the southern tip of Singer Island, a small beach town that took shape after the Lake Worth Inlet was dredged in the early twentieth century and separated the island from the mainland. Incorporated in 1951, it’s built out with beach cottages, condos, and homes packed onto a compact peninsula near the Blue Heron Bridge and marina, where direct ocean and inlet exposure means construction has to hold up to some of the harshest coastal conditions in the county.

Elbaz Construction builds for that kind of exposure with materials and methods suited to constant salt air and wind, from impact windows and doors to roofing systems rated for coastal conditions.
