Discover the Elbaz Difference
Old Cutler Road, the banyan-shaded route running through Palmetto Bay, was declared a Florida historical highway in 1974, and the village that grew up along it — incorporated in 2002 — still carries that mix of old Florida tree canopy and postwar residential development. Many homes date to the 1950s and 60s expansion that followed the road’s original farm-and-grove era, set on lots large enough for the additions and pool areas later generations of owners have wanted.
Because tree canopy and setbacks shape so much of Palmetto Bay’s character, Elbaz Construction designs additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and full home remodels with those village regulations built into the plan from day one. Our team carries a project from the first sketch through final inspection, so a Palmetto Bay remodel moves forward without surprises partway through.
