Pinecrest asks this sheet to show “Setbacks, lot coverage, 2nd floor area”, “Accessory structures”, “Impervious vs. pervious area”, “Flood zone & finish floor elevation” and “Overall height, building elevation & stories”. Six separate compliance questions answered on one drawing.
Suitability. Applies to essentially any permit that changes footprint, height or hard surface. Whether a specific figure complies is read off the code for that parcel, not assumed from a neighbouring lot.
Maintenance. The same category also lists the documents that ride with it: solar ready construction, recorded covenants, an auxiliary power source, a landscape plan, a tree removal plan under a separate permit, a pool barrier and self-closing self-latching gate detail, and driveway information.
