Discover the Elbaz Difference
At just six-tenths of a square mile, Hypoluxo is one of the smaller towns on Palm Beach County’s Intracoastal shoreline, incorporated in 1955 on ground first settled in the 1880s along the old Barefoot Mailman route between Palm Beach and Miami. Its residential streets run mostly along canals and the Lake Worth Lagoon itself, which means many homes here deal with seawalls, docks, and waterfront exposure as much as they deal with typical remodeling questions like layout and finishes.
Elbaz Construction treats a canal-front renovation in Hypoluxo differently than an inland one — seawall condition, dock permitting, and flood-zone requirements all factor into how we plan a project before the first wall comes down. In a town this size, we find that clear communication and a straightforward permitting process matter just as much as craftsmanship, and we work to make both feel effortless for the homeowner.
