Discover the Elbaz Difference
Miami Gardens was not incorporated as its own city until 2003, but the neighborhoods that came together to form it were built decades earlier, largely during the suburban growth that reshaped Miami-Dade County in the second half of the twentieth century. Today it is one of Florida’s largest predominantly Black cities and home to Hard Rock Stadium, where the Miami Dolphins play, and much of its housing stock is solidly built but original in ways that show: dated kitchens and baths, aging roofs, and floor plans that no longer fit how families actually live.
Elbaz Construction sees that combination often in Miami Gardens homes: a well-built structure from an earlier era that is overdue for a real update rather than a teardown. We handle full kitchen and bath renovations, additions for growing or multi-generational households, and whole-home modernizations, managing permitting through the City of Miami Gardens and Miami-Dade County so the project moves smoothly from first walkthrough to final inspection, with no surprises along the way.
