Discover the Elbaz Difference
Lantana got its start as a fishing village in the late 1800s, built up by the Lyman family and their Lantana Fish Company, and it was also a stop along the historic Barefoot Mailman route between Palm Beach and Miami. That working waterfront history is still visible in the town’s scale today — modest homes, many on or near the water, in a community that has held onto its small-town character rather than building up.
Elbaz Construction’s approach in a town like Lantana is practical: kitchen and bathroom updates, room additions, and storm-hardening improvements sized to fit homes and lots that were never meant to be oversized in the first place. We manage the permitting process with the town directly and keep homeowners informed at every stage, so a renovation here feels as unpretentious as the community it’s in.
