Discover the Elbaz Difference
Sea Ranch Lakes is one of Broward County’s smallest municipalities, a gated village of roughly 500 residents built around two artificial lakes and incorporated in 1959 so residents wouldn’t be annexed by a larger neighboring city. It’s unusual in more than size: the village itself owns none of the property within its borders, with its roads, parks, and lakes all held privately, which gives the whole community a closely held character you won’t find in the bigger cities around it.
Elbaz Construction understands that a project inside a small gated community like Sea Ranch Lakes runs differently than one in an open subdivision. Access, privacy, and coordination with the village and its private association matter as much as the construction itself, and we manage that coordination directly, alongside standard permitting and inspections, so homeowners get a renovation handled with the same discretion the community itself is built on.
