Discover the Elbaz Difference
Dania Beach is Broward County’s oldest incorporated city, founded by Danish farming families who settled the area in the late 1890s and officially incorporated in 1904. That history is still visible downtown, where Antique Row’s shops occupy buildings that include Broward’s first movie theater, and it shows up in the city’s older housing stock too, a mix of early Florida frame homes and later beachside construction that each call for a different remodeling approach depending on their age and original build quality.
Elbaz Construction treats an older Dania Beach home differently than a newer coastal build nearby, since a decades-old structure near the historic district often needs a more careful hand than a straightforward gut renovation. We evaluate what’s original and worth preserving versus what needs to be rebuilt to current code, then manage the permitting and construction so the finished home is safe, efficient, and still recognizably itself.
