Discover the Elbaz Difference
Miami Lakes exists because the Graham family, who had run a dairy farm on the land since 1932, hired a former Harvard design dean to master-plan an entire community around a system of lakes before the first home was ever sold. The first homes went on sale in 1962, in the community’s Lake Patricia neighborhood, and that level of upfront planning is still visible today in the curving streets, mature landscaping, and lakefront lots that set Miami Lakes apart from the grid-platted suburbs around it.
Elbaz Construction designs Miami Lakes projects with that context in mind, from lakefront additions that take advantage of the water view to interior renovations that update a 1960s or 70s floor plan for modern living without disrupting the street’s character. We coordinate design, permitting, and construction as a single process, so the finished project fits the neighborhood as naturally as the day it was first planned.
