Discover the Elbaz Difference
Pembroke Park is one of Broward’s smallest and least pretentious towns, incorporated in 1957 by racehorse owner Phil Bryan, and it’s still a place where close to half of residents live in mobile or manufactured homes alongside small single-family houses and commercial lots along Pembroke Road. It’s not a town built around curb appeal, so the renovation work that matters most here tends to be practical: updated electrical, better insulation, and additions that make a modest home work harder for a family.
Elbaz Construction doesn’t treat a Pembroke Park renovation as a scaled-down version of a bigger job elsewhere; the goals are simply different, focused on function, durability, and getting real value from every dollar spent. We handle permitting with the town and Broward County the same way we would for any project, and we’re upfront about what a given budget can and can’t do before construction starts.
