Discover the Elbaz Difference

In 1958, developers Nathan Hunt and Paul Kintz began building a golf course community west of Lake Worth, and the city that grew up around those fairways incorporated as Atlantis the following year, before either of its two golf courses, Lost City (1960) and Atlantis Country Club (1973), was even finished. Most of the single-family homes that ring those courses today date to that original build-out in the 1960s and 70s, which means many are now due for updates that go beyond paint and countertops: rewiring, new roofing, and impact-rated windows and doors that meet Florida’s current wind-load standards.

Elbaz Construction works with Atlantis homeowners on exactly that kind of project, whether it’s opening up a closed-off original floor plan to take advantage of a golf-course view, replacing an aging roof before it becomes a problem at insurance renewal, or adding square footage without disturbing a neighbor’s sightline to the fairway. We handle the permitting and inspections that come with bringing an older home up to current code, so you can focus on the result.
