Discover the Elbaz Difference
Hallandale Beach holds two very different housing stories at once. Along the immediate coastline, dense high-rise condominium towers represent the newer, more vertical side of the city, while inland, the Golden Isles neighborhood still consists largely of single-family homes built on canals starting in 1957, kept low-rise ever since by the community’s original deed restrictions. A remodel in one of those original waterfront ranch homes is a different project entirely from a condo renovation a few miles away.
Elbaz Construction works both sides of that divide, handling full renovations and additions on older Golden Isles waterfront homes as comfortably as interior buildouts in the city’s newer high-rise buildings. Knowing which building codes and which HOA or condo association rules apply to which part of Hallandale Beach is half the job before a single wall comes down.
