Discover the Elbaz Difference
Lighthouse Point takes its name from the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse, which has guided boats past this stretch of coast since 1907, and the city grew up around water in a very literal way: more than 18 miles of canals were cut through town after its 1956 incorporation, and a large share of homes here back directly onto navigable water. That kind of waterfront density brings its own remodeling needs: seawalls, docks, and boat lifts that tend to age right alongside the house and often need attention at the same time as the interior.
Elbaz Construction coordinates the waterfront side of a project (seawall repair, dock work, a boat lift) alongside the home renovation itself, so homeowners aren’t juggling separate contractors for the parts of their property that touch the canal. One team overseeing both halves of the job tends to mean fewer surprises and a cleaner finished result.
