Grey Marble-Look Bathroom Remodel with Frameless Glass Showers

This project brought two full bathrooms in the same South Florida home up to a matching modern standard, each finished in grey marble-look porcelain tile run floor to ceiling on the shower walls and out across the room. In the first bathroom, a frameless pivot-door glass shower stands beside a floating white vanity with an integrated sink, a polished chrome single-hole faucet, and a large rectangular LED mirror with a built-in touch dimmer. The shower itself was fitted with a wall-mounted rain head and a handheld wand on a slide bar, a tiled storage niche, and a low-profile drain set into the tile for a clean, curb-free entry.

A second bathroom in the home received the same grey marble-look tile treatment but was finished out in a warmer palette. A furniture-style double vanity in a dark grey shaker finish is topped in white quartz with two undermount sinks, and brushed-gold fixtures carry through the room — twin gold faucets, a gold-trimmed backlit mirror spanning the full vanity, and a frameless glass shower enclosure that slides on an exposed gold barn-door track beneath a matching gold rain shower head. The floor here was laid in a lighter grey-and-white marble-look porcelain with visible veining, tying the two rooms together as one cohesive renovation.

Both bathrooms share the same underlying scope of work: full tile removal and replacement on walls and floors, new frameless glass shower enclosures, new vanities and countertops, updated plumbing fixtures, tiled shower niches, and recessed LED lighting paired with dedicated exhaust fans. The result is two distinct fixture finishes — polished chrome and brushed gold — built on the same grey marble-look material palette, giving the homeowner two matching yet individually finished bathrooms.
