Bathroom Remodeling
A dated guest bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt as a clean, spa-inspired space with a frameless glass shower, a floating double vanity, and a separate tiled tub room.

Bathroom Remodeling
This guest bathroom renovation started as a full gut job. Progress photos from mid-construction show the space stripped to the studs, with new PVC plumbing rough-in, a relocated electrical junction box, and cement backer board installed and ready for tile — the kind of behind-the-walls work that doesn't show up in the final photos but is what makes a renovation last. Large-format wall tile was set using a leveling clip system to keep every seam flush before the space was reassembled into the finished bathroom seen today.
The centerpiece is a fully enclosed shower with a frameless-look sliding glass door on a matte black barn-style track. Inside, vertical large-format gray porcelain tile runs floor to ceiling, paired with a white hexagon mosaic tile floor and a matching mitered tile niche with a black metal frame for shampoo and soap storage. Matte black fixtures carry through the whole space — an overhead rain shower head, a handheld wand on a slide bar, a black square shower drain, and black towel bars mounted right on the glass hardware.
Just outside the shower, a new floating vanity anchors the room with a white solid-surface countertop shaped into sculpted double trough sinks, topped by a large backlit LED mirror and matte black single-handle faucets with matching pop-up drains. The cabinet base uses handle-less, concrete-look gray drawer fronts for a streamlined look. A hallway off the vanity area leads to a separate tiled room with an alcove soaking tub, a small black-framed window, and the same warm gray large-format tile carried through for a consistent look across the whole suite.
