About this project

This project took every bathroom in the home down to a single, consistent design vocabulary rather than treating each room as its own island. The primary suite centers on a freestanding oval soaking tub set against a floor-to-ceiling accent wall of horizontal wood-look plank tile, with a floor-mounted freestanding tub filler and a frosted-glass window for privacy without losing natural light. Steps away, a curbless walk-in shower pairs large-format gray tile with a ceiling-mounted rain shower head, a slide-bar handheld, and a recessed digital thermostatic valve — the kind of programmable shower control usually reserved for high-end spa builds.

A second full bathroom pairs a floating vanity in a warm wood-grain finish with a white quartz countertop and a backlit LED mirror with an integrated digital clock and a swing-arm magnifying spot mirror. Its adjoining tub/shower combo uses the same gray tile family with a recessed niche and sliding frosted-glass panel, while a separate walk-in shower elsewhere in the home switches to a taller gray wood-look plank on the walls with a honeycomb Carrara-marble mosaic on the shower floor, framed by a linear drain and enclosed behind frameless glass. A third bath was finished in a more traditional register — white Shaker-style vanity with a marble-look countertop, elongated toilet, and wood-look tile flooring — proving the same crew held the line on quality even in the home's simpler guest bath.

Fixtures throughout are unified in brushed/satin nickel, and a double-sink bathroom rounds out the scope with a poured-concrete-look floating vanity, a trough-style quartz sink integrated into a single slab countertop, and a wide backlit vanity mirror. Every wet area — from the soaking tub's accent wall to both walk-in showers — includes a built-in tiled niche for storage, and every mirror in the home was upgraded to an LED, anti-fog unit. The result is a full-house bathroom program that reads as one designed collection rather than a series of one-off updates.
