Davie is one of the few municipalities in Florida where riding a horse down a public street is still legal, a fact rooted in zoning rules from the 1960s that set aside large residential lots, often five acres or more in the western part of town, specifically to accommodate horses and small agriculture. Neighborhoods like Stonebrook Estates and Paddock Club still function as working equestrian properties, and remodeling here regularly means barns, guest houses, and additions built for acreage, not just a house.

Elbaz Construction is comfortable working at that scale, coordinating a home renovation alongside barn work, fencing, or an accessory structure on a multi-acre Davie property, including the permitting that comes with building on agriculturally zoned land. It’s a different kind of project than a standard suburban remodel, and we plan for that difference from the first site visit.
